These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reply Flows, operated by [Şirket Ünvanı] (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Reply Flows is an AI-powered customer support and communication platform, including an AI agent, a human agent panel, a realtime chat widget, and a knowledge base. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (including knowledge base sources and messages). You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, including processing your content through our providers to deliver features. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the content and personal data you process through Reply Flows, and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection laws) toward your end users.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and configuring the service appropriately.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s terms. Paddle handles billing, payment methods, and applicable taxes. Your card and billing address details are collected and stored by Paddle — we never store them; we only keep transaction records (amount, date, invoice number).
Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period is charged right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep your current plan’s limits. A downgrade may require reducing your agent seats to fit the target plan first.
Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly alike) and your access continues until then. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments — including the remainder of a yearly period — are non-refundable. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before the period ends.
We may offer a free plan or trials. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.
The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
Account deletion: the account owner can delete the account from the panel. Deletion takes effect immediately: the subscription is cancelled without refund, chat widgets go offline, and all team member access is disabled. Data is kept frozen for 30 days, during which the owner can sign in and restore the account. After 30 days all operational data (conversations, knowledge base, workspaces, team members) is permanently deleted. Invoice and payment records are retained for the statutory retention period required by tax law.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Yargı Yetkisi], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [Yargı Yetkisi] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
